McSherry has won 2 contracts at the Port of Cork, Tivoli Docks.
The first is an upgrade of the MV distribution network involving the installation of new MV switchboard, associated cabling and LV distribution.
The second is a lighting and control retrofit to the Tivoli Terminal Building, Workshop and Custom House to improve energy efficiency through the use of high frequency dimmable fittings and lux/occupancy detection. |

Danone is a world leader in dairy, water and baby nutrition products, with well-known brands including Actimel, Evian and Cow & Gate.
Its manufacturing plant in Macroom produces infant and follow-on baby formula, which is marketed under the Cow & Gate and Actimel brands.
The expansion of the Macroom facility will significantly increase the production capacity of the Cork site. The creation of a new drying line at the factory is expected to increase annual capacity by around 100,000t.
McSherry Electrical has been awarded the Electrical Process Installation for the Danone RHEA Project.
Scope includes: Containment, Power & Control, Instrumentation.
